We are a small family business run from an ancient farmstead in the middle of Devon.
We make sorbets and ice creams of uncompromising quality and purity. By sticking to our principles we aim to achieve a clean, fresh taste.
Interestingly, this also allows us to produce products that are full of flavour but less full of calories.
To offset the increased energy use of the sorbet/ice cream business we have planted a 20 acre wood on the farm.
