Writing in the June 2011 edition of Observer Food Monthly, top chef Jacob Kennedy of Boca Di Lupo chose Rookbeare Mango Sorbet as the best in its class. “Although it’s smooth, there’s a dense grainy texture here, which is down to high fruit content. Very fresh with balanced sweetness”.
