We make in small batches.

We keep the accountant away from the kitchen.

Carbon footprint - we have planted 15,000 trees, mostly oak and ash, on 20 north facing acres, to absorb CO2 and offset against our energy use. This has also resulted in the creation of a beautiful woodland.
